Peace
A secret place full of peace opens up to you today. Welcome! Come in and explore the beauty of life - step after step. Yes, it becomes wider and wider the more you follow the path.
You take a break and just perceive what surrounds you - everything is calmly in existence. The same goes for you. You rest. You accept. You can see the beauty all around you flourishing. The same goes for you. What separates the beauty of life from your self? What is the difference? You can see the beauty, but you can’t see your self. Your self is not part of the obvious. But it is there, within the beauty of life, flourishing like nature, but you don’t see it. Now what?
Close your eyes.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
You can feel it. All life around you, and your self within. Life is within you. You are life. What you see is your self. Everywhere you look around. Every butterfly softly landing on a beautiful flower, it is your self.
What about the injustice you see?
It is you.
Is it your guilt? No. Though it is you.
Not what actually happens, but the thought of judgement. This is you. Your mind. Is it reality? No. It is a part of life. The mind is not life itself. It is a fragment of it. It is a tool. It has manual and automated functions of processing perception - combining our senses into a rational transformation. Connecting past, present and projected future perceptions with information and logical bridges - it draws unstable assumptions of life. Once we get lost in the illusions of rational transformations of life, we lose our openness to reality, we limit our selves to the dimension of the mind, which is not and never will be reality as a whole. It is a toolbox. You can open it. You can close it. You can use the tools. You can learn how to handle the tools. Still, you are infinitely more than this toolbox. Take a step back and look at it. Breathe in. It is right in front of you, within you. Breathe out. Realise the distance to the box. Look to the left. Look to the right. Look to the ground. Look to the sky. Be open. Be free.
Stay in this beautiful space that you just discovered, no rush to leave it, you’re welcome. What’s pulling you back? What’s blocking you from moving? Do you think about taking a step or do you actually take the step? Breathe in. Breathe out.
Life gets loud. Forces are strong. Countless attachments are pulling us back while we’re looking at invincible objects blocking our way. Time to take a break. What happened to the beauty of life? Where did we lose it? It was right in front of us and now it’s not the same anymore. How do we get back? Breathe in. Breathe out. Welcome to the game of mind!
Start the game!
Thoughts arise. Silent and loud. Good and bad. Political and social. Romantic and sexual. Anxious and dramatic. Soft and strong. It gets more and more. You lose control. You are out of your mind. How is this possible? We just entered the game of mind?! Yes. You’re still in the mind. But you are out of YOUR mind. Spot the difference - you lost the connection to perception. Disconnected. You lost your mind and transitioned into a mind space far away from your self, which is so much more than this little mind bubble you keep floating away with.
The perception of your senses is partly disconnected from your mind and your self. You keep walking through life, but with limited senses in perception. You stumble through life, numb, feeling resistance, pain and discomfort causing fear bringing up attention back to life. What a beautiful rescue mechanism. Your fear is leading you back to life. Life is new to you though, full of uncertainty causing fear. Welcome to the loop train of fear. Fear of fear. Once you accept the fear in life, you stop resetting and start the ride. Now it gets wild.
Our senses are open and the stream of life is so diverse - we get overwhelmed and close again. Wow that was intense. Let’s think about what happened. The urge to sort every single new aspect into our previous mind map of life serves as orientation. Keep the balance between looking at the map and the path itself. You might enjoy looking more at life itself than at the map of it.
Welcome to the next level. The game of life. You entered this state by letting go of your mind and every single facet of it. You are not holding onto a map anymore. You put it in your pocket, well knowingly that you can pull it out again whenever you feel lost and need to orient yourself. Until then, leave it in your pocket and enjoy the new game mode.
Can you feel your inner rhythm synchronising with the rhythm of life? This is called - living.
Now what?
First, you learn how to take steps like a newborn. Take your time - this is part of the game. At some point stumbling will turn into walking into running and at some point you feel like floating and flying. Did we just become so light? Not just us, but life did. Where did all the weight go? We left it by leaving the game of mind and entering the game of life. Beautiful. Now what?
